Here · Now · Aware
is here.
Not only for meditation. A practical exploration of awareness in personal and professional life — in health, work, learning, sport, and relationships, and in the most ordinary moments of an ordinary day.
Who
Who this is for
Anyone trying to live and work a little better — more healthily, more honestly, with more attention. People carrying a full professional life and a full personal one, and finding that the mind is rarely in the same place as the body.
You do not need experience in meditation. You do not need to follow a particular religion or philosophy. You only need curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to observe yourself.

This is not a place where a master teaches followers. It is a place where we observe, practise, learn, and grow together.
I am not writing as a guru or a medical professional. I am writing as someone with an ordinary working life and an ordinary personal one, practising, observing, documenting, and improving in the open.
What
What we explore here
Consciousness is not only for meditation, spirituality, or one particular group of people. This journal explores how awareness becomes practical — how it shows up in a personal life and a professional one, and what actually changes when it does.
We look at it in work and focus, in learning and study, in performance and sport, in physical and mental health, in family and relationships, in food and exercise and sleep, in stressful and difficult situations, and in the simplest everyday activities. Meditation and silence sit alongside those, not above them.
We publish personal experiences, simple awareness practices, observations from working and family life, health and lifestyle journeys, philosophical questions, and scientific information where reliable evidence exists. Each is labelled for what it is.
Why
Why this exists
Modern life keeps our minds busy with work, study, money, health, family, and technology. We may be physically present, but our minds are often somewhere else — rehearsing the past, or bracing for the future. We finish a working day without remembering how any of it felt, and an evening at home the same way.
Consciousness Here was created to explore how awareness can return to that life — the professional one and the personal one both. Not as a destination to reach one day, but as something already available in this present moment.
We will not blindly accept every idea. We observe, practise, question, and learn — and we keep personal experience, philosophy, belief, and scientific evidence clearly separated. Experiences are shared as experiences, not as universal facts.
What this is not
- A religious organisation
- A place for one fixed belief
- A guru-and-follower community
- A replacement for medical or mental-health support
- A promise of instant awakening
We are not waiting to become perfect before beginning. We are beginning now, learning openly, and improving step by step.
Do you believe there is one solution for everything?
